Each year we notify Designated REALTORSĀ®, who have members at IVAR, about their licensees who do not also hold REALTORĀ® membership with an association. Each agent under your license must be ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:
- Pay REALTOR dues,
- Be designated as a Limited Function Referral Office (LFRO) agent,
- Be designated as a Mortgage Loan Originator
- Be removed from your license
An agent who is a LFRO is a licensee that is solely engaged in referring clients and customers and are not engaged in listing, selling, leasing, renting, managing, counseling, appraising, or arranging financing for real property and are not participants or subscribers in any MLS. The exemption for any licensee included on the certification form shall automatically be revoked upon the individual being engaged in real estate licensed activities (listing, selling, leasing, renting, managing, counseling, appraising, or arranging financing for real property) other than referrals or upon their joining an MLS, and dues for the current fiscal year shall be payable.
In the event you need to update the DRE about licensees that no longer work for you, please CLICK HERE to use the form “DRE 214: Salesperson Change Application”.
We value your continued membership in the association and hope that you will contact us with any questions you may have concerning dues requirements. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Griselda Cena at 951-684-1221.
