CalHFA Loan Officers Training
October 6, 2017 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
For more than 35 years, the California Housing Finance Agency (CalHFA) has supported the needs of renters and homebuyers by providing financing and programs that create safe, decent and affordable housing opportunities for low to moderate income Californians. Established in 1975, CalHFA was chartered as the State’s affordable housing lender to make low interest rate loans through the sale of tax-exempt bonds. CalHFA is a completely self-supporting State agency, and its bonds are repaid by revenues generated through mortgage loans, not taxpayer dollars.
CalHFA has an excellent ongoing training class for loan officers. Leanne Walker is a top notched, very professional instructor. There is so much to learn and she will teach it all to you. Because things are constantly changing, Leanne will hold training sessions in the Riverside as well as the Rancho Cucamonga office regularly to make sure our area Brokers and Agents are covered with the knowledge necessary to help clients in all aspects of the CalHFA loan process.
If you’ve never attended one of Leanne’s training sessions, you have been missing out on great material. If you want to get in on this valuable information, you must contact the State of California and register through them. No walk-ins are allowed.
If you are interested, please call and register right away because all classes have had 60 plus in attendance and seating is limited.
Remember: This training session is open to pre-registrations through the State of California only. If you are not registered you will not be able to join the class.
