C.A.R. offers comprehensive health care plans that do not require a medical application and whose rates are based on location, age, and insurance carrier, not health status. New members must wait two months prior to acceptance but once accepted, all family members may join. Existing members must join during the open enrollment period (April 1 - May 16th). Other health plans are available outside the open enrollment period. Individual and family pre-paid voluntary dental, vision, prescription, hearing and chiropractic plans are also available.
