Shirley is a 20-year Association employee and your IVAR Member Services Technical Specialist for the IMRMLS system.

Trecie is a former employee of the California Association of REALTORS® with a background in Education Requirements and WINForms software.

Your Field Technical services includes:

  • Processing new REALTOR® membership applications at your office by appointment.
  • Live Training on the Internet Multiple Listing Service system (www.imrmls.com) for your office or individually by appointments at your location.
  • Attend office meetings informing agent on current IVAR news, benefits, MLS information, including Supra.
  • Issuing Supra Display or Ekeys, selling Keysafes, providing technical support, changing shackle codes, and pin codes at your office location.
  • Field support with keysafe problems for REALTOR® members.
  • Demonstrating the tools of the trade and or WINForms software to each REALTOR® member. (WINForms C.A.R. certified trainer)
  • Demonstration on the C.A.R. and N.A.R. web site navigation.
  • Providing information regarding your REALTOR® dues, benefits, and discounts IVAR has to offer.
