The most common violations are:

Incorrect Listing Status

Failure to extend the “Estimated COE/End Date” resulting in an AUTO SALE.

Incorrect SOLD information. (closing date, sales price, terms & selling agent/office)

Leaving your listing in the Active status then entering “Taking Backup offers” in the remark section.

Active Listing without a valid listing contract.

Photo of the exterior not entered within 5 Calendar Days of the listing entry date.

Real Estate “For Sale” signs in Photos.

Photos in the MLS with people, animals or other items not directly related to the property.

Incorrect APN number

Properties listed in the incorrect area.

Inaccurate Property Type Classification

The maximum accumulated fine for a single Violation is $2,500.
