In response to continuing economic challenges facing its members, the Inland Valleys Association of REALTORS announced that it has significantly cut its fees. Savings for members will begin next month as MLS quarterly fees come down $5 per quarter, for a savings of slightly more than 5 percent. RANCHO CUCAMONGA - The Inland Valleys Association of REALTORS announced the opening of a new office in Rancho Cucamonga to better serve its West End members. The office is a partnership with the Building Industry Association Baldy View Chapter and will be located in the BIA's headquarters. The new office will initially open during the afternoons only, with staff available from 1:00pm until 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
