New REALTOR® members are required to attend a 3 hour Continuing Education (CE) video on "THE CODE OF ETHICS AND PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT"

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO CALIFORNIA REAL ESTATE MAGAZINE IS PAID FOR WITH YOUR DUES AT A RATE OF $6.00 AND IS NON-DEDUCTIBLE THEREFROM.

  • Photo ID (California Drivers License) 
  • Copy of D.R.E License 
  • Completed Application, with Broker's Signature

 

Payment Terms

  • Fees payable by cash, check, or any major credit card.
  • APPLICATIONS ARE NOT PROCESSED AFTER 4:00 pm

 

Other Information

  • IVAOR, CAR and NAR dues pro-rated monthly.
  • CAR Dues include ZipForms® software.
  • $30 CAR processing fee is a one-time fee.
  • REALTOR® Dues are not refundable.
  • Unused portion of MLS quarterly fees are refundable. (Refund request will incur $25 processing fee)

 

  • Supra I-Box available for $96.20 + tax
