I earned my BS in Physical Education with minors in Business Administration and Communication from Fort Hays State University, Kansas.
I began my real estate career in 1985 as a loan representative and later as branch manager in the mortgage industry. In 1987 I was recruited into the title insurance field. I was a top producer in sales working my way up to the position of County Manager responsible for five branches with 48 employees in a $2.5 million dollar operation attaining top market share in the Inland Empire.
Additionally I am an accomplished sales and automation instructor. I trained numerous top Realtors, Escrow and Mortgage Professionals throughout CA.
I have been married to my wife for 27 years and live in Moreno Valley with our two children.
